Daystar is currently the only construction company in Indiana approved as a SkillBridge partner.
We are honored to support military personnel as they prepare for successful civilian careers.
What Is SkillBridge?
SkillBridge allows active-duty service members during their final months of service to gain civilian work experience through approved industry training programs while continuing to receive military pay and benefits.
At Daystar Directional Drilling, participants receive hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and a clear pathway to full-time employment opportunities.

Field Operations Leadership
Work alongside experienced crews in underground utility construction while developing leadership and operational skills.
Diesel / Fleet Mechanics
Assist with maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and heavy equipment in a hands-on shop environment.
Safety & Workforce Development
Support safety programs, training initiatives, and workforce readiness efforts.
